What is “Life In Pictures”?
Take as many pictures as you want throughout the week or day to recount the things you did avoiding as much text as possible. Your job is to guess what happened! For more info, click here.
I’ll be honest with you: this one is a challenge for me because
a) I’m not a skilled photographer and I’m not even aspiring to become one. Most of the time I’m happy as long as I can manage to occasionally capture my dog’s cuteness before she jumps out of the frame.
and
b) I have a hard time keeping quiet about anything, so posting uncommented pictures will require a huge amount of self-restraint.
…which is probably why I’m taking my time rambling away right now instead of showing you those pictures already. 😉
The pictures you’re about see (I promise, I’ll get there!) don’t really capture a complete day. As far as this requirement is concerned, I just failed, sorry. However, I still enjoyed the challenge because it forced me to pay more attention to my surroundings, which is a nice change for 
someone who 
tends to spends most of her time walking around with her heads in the clouds and her eyes on the pavement.

PS: did I mention how I also really enjoyed playing around with PicMonkey? Just in case you were wondering why all the colours look a bit off and unnatural…I tried to step away from the most extreme effects, but I couldn’t resist giving in to the temptation of applying some of the less colourful ones. =)

Not bad!
Coffee in the morning is essential.
What you see on the grass isn’t a laptop – it’s a kindle. I enjoy reading in the sun.

Haha – I definitely prefer to have mine before breakfast. Strangely enough I don’t really like coffee in combination with food, although I love it on its own. (Well…with milk.) 🙂
